Refund policy

•   Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

•   Merchandise must not be worn, altered, soiled, or washed.

•   Merchandise must have all tags and sanitary liners attached and be returned in original packaging.

 

Returns within 15 days 

• Free returns if scanned by carrier within 15 days of delivery. Refund to original payment method eligible.

Returns within 16 - 30 days

• $10 label fee if scanned by carrier 16-30 from delivery date. Refund via store credit only. 

Returns after 30 days

• Returns not accepted if scan is 30 days or more from delivery date. 

 

To begin a return, email us with your order number, at bikiniguru@shopbikinimarket.com and we'll send you a prepaid label.

Damages and Issues
If your item is received damaged or defective, contact us immediately so that we can correct the situation. Customers have up to 3 days from delivery (including weekends and holidays) to email us with your order number and photo of the damaged or defective product in order to file a claim. Any claims made after the 3 day period will not be eligible for evaluation, and the customer assumes responsibility of damaged or defective products. 

Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for cash refund, however they may be exchanged for a different size or item, or returned for store credit. 

Sale items 40% off and over are final sale. Returns may not be requested.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you need is to make a new order. Once we receive your return you will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

 

Refunds/ Processing Time
You will receive an email notification once we’ve received and processed your return. Once processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to process back into your account, processing time varies depending on your bank. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Purchases made with gift cards cannot be returned to debit or credit cards.
