Fulfillment Information

• Orders are processed and fulfilled within 72 hours pending availability.

• Fulfillment time may not include weekends or holidays.

• If an item you have ordered is out of stock or we need additional time to fulfill an item, we will notify you via the e-mail or phone number provided on your order.

• Shipping is non-refundable

 

Lost Packages

Bikini Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Disputes or chargebacks initiated will be rejected as long as the package was fulfilled and scanned by the carrier. We will file a claim and open investigation with the carrier in the event of a lost package, and you may be reimbursed via store credit up to the full amount provided by the carrier.
